England V Sweden

Every now and again my mojo decides to saunter off to some far away destination leaving me banging my head against a brick wall. I wrote about this dilemma on facebook the other day and my sweet Swedish friend set me with a challenge in hopes that I could tempt that sodding mojo to come back home. Me, being someone not to pass up such a task, counter challenged Zarah into a cybercrop whereby we would fight with our weapons of mass construction and set to work.

The challenge was as such:
Scrap an LO about YOU. Either it has to be more than five or less than two main colours on it. Use tags, buttons, staplers and lace. You cannot use any bought flowers, but home made are ok. The title has to have at least three different fonts and/or colours.

Shine a light! That was some going in such short notice. But I rose to the occasion and we chatted occasionally through our cybercrop. And this is what I came up with.

Do go and pop over to Zarahs blog to see her BEAUTIFUL layout and also check out her back catalog - her work is awesome.

PS: Don't forget to leave your name on this (or yesterdays post) to win a heart shaped punch (it makes more than just a heart - tutorial coming tomorrow!)

Hi Kristy,
I have some of your free overlays from FOREVER ago. Thank you by the way for the free downloads, they are so much fun. I've since become obsessed with overlays and have started to make a couple myself. I would love to give them to my blog readers for free, but I can not figure out where I can put it for them to download that it stays a PNG! It seems as I upload it to all the sites I can think of it turns into a jpeg and no longer has the invisible background needed to be an overlay! It's been so long since I downloaded yours that I'm not sure how you did it. Could you help me out? I would be forever grateful for your advice. Thank you!!!!!!!

I pop onto your blog everyday hoping that seeing your lovely stuff will bring my Mojo back, (sigh). Not working so far. Maybe a bit of blog candy might work?
