The earth is 4 and a half billion years old.
Humans have inhabited the Earth for 200,000 years.
Hardcore industry, manufacturing and technology have pretty much been around for 120 years.
60 of those years have been mainstream greenhouse effect industry (China being the largest contributor by the way. Don't get me started on those who have 4 wheel drives).
So........How come, in the last 60 years we have ruined our ozone when the earth has been around for all that time without effect?
I am feeling really annoyed, angry and embarrassed that I learned this news today.
By 2030, the polar ice cap will have totally melted and a "few miles in" on every UK coastline will be under water.
If you live by the sea - go buy a boat (that includes you, Mum).
The Hoover Dam has shrunk to half its size in 30 years. Our natural resources are running very very low. Good job I am pro wind farms and solar energy.

PS: If I see anymore office buildings (at night) with their lights on - I am going to scream.
