I missed this little cherub and boy did I get the most wonderful hug and smiles when we met again after one week apart.
We chatted all the way home from York today - thats one and a half hours of jabbering. It was heaven. Well, ahem - not strictly true. That kids jabbered about cloud shapes to the entire script of "the night at the museum" to making candles to feeding the penguins at grannies zoo to mcdonalds treats to easter eggs and chocolate fountains to grannies new tv to soduko to sunny days to coffee to mince and gravy to missing me (liked that bit!) to hamble sambles to almost everything.
I met my morma and Belle in York's designer centre and whilst there we happen to drop by on these
Now Belle has very funny shaped feet and spends all of her life in boots or trainers. Thats a whole lot of sweaty feet and not being with the "in crowd". She might wear little shoes on holiday but is almost always whilst she is being wheeled anout in her pushchair (or carriage as she likes it to be called) which would require no walking anyway. But I was dying to get her these for the beach this summer and my Belle told me something so wonderous today I practically wept. She said "These are so comfortable Mum, please buy me these". I have never ever heard her say anyhthing about any clothes or shoes before - ever. EVER. Sniff sniff - can you see a layout in the making? Hopefully I will grab a picture of her in them tomorrow. And, as we have very special visitors tomorrow (we are so excited), the camera will be out in full flow anyway and I can show you how much she has grown up in a week ;)
Her Space/My Space has some more weird and wacky words to get your photography buds tingling. Go and have a look this instant!!!
And finally the DC pounded off their second weeks classes for the scrap thirsty among us. Have you seen whats been going on - go on, take a look :) and give it a whirl.
Tomorrow I will upload more pictures for the scrap your hands contest. Have you done yours yet?
